    We are seeking a contracted Sales Operations Analyst to join the Global Semiconductor Sales Operations team in Durham, NC. This Analyst will focus primarily on supporting the Sales commission process. Other responsibilities include maintenance, customer master data maintenance, ad hoc reporting, support of Cree’s forecasting tool, and general sales support. Candidate must be detail-oriented, disciplined and able to work independently. A love for problem-solving, data and analytics is required. Sales commission and/or payroll experience is preferred, as well as proficiency in systems and spreadsheets. Travel is not required.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform support activities needed for the management of the entire sales commission process. This includes administering of sales commissions and incentive plans, planning calendars, communication with sales field, creation and validation of territory definitions, programming Callidus commissions software, calculating and validating commission results, creating and distributing commission results to sales team, and troubleshooting and resolving commission inquiries in a timely and customer centric manner.
    • Liaise effectively with internal IT resources to successfully execute related projects.
    • Support maintaining of the Callidus (commissions software) platform, which includes territory definitions, sales organization hierarchies, updating new hires/terminations/transfers and any plan value changes as needed.
    • Maintain Tableau dashboards used to communicate Incentive Plan results to the sales field and leadership.
    • Provide ad-hoc reporting and data as well as analytical support for management.


    • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
    • Strong MS Excel spreadsheet experience.
    • Natural problem-solver, self-motivated, team player who is willing to pitch in wherever needed.
    • Prior experience with learning and mastering new software systems.
    • Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy.
    • Ability to build and improve processes.
    • Excellent communication, organization and professional presence.


    • Prior experience with sales commissions and/or payroll.
    • Experience using Callidus or any other commissions applications.
    • Tableau Desktop experience.
