    What you need for success:

    Enrollment in an accredited collegiate program

    Maintains a 3.0 GPA or above

    Excellent communication skills

    Relevant Experience

    Ability to work without sponsorship now or in the future

     

    Who You’ll Work With

    You will train and work with cross-functional teams and especially within the Project Management organization to help establish a database which tracks all active projects in the business unit and provides meaningful data and visual representations of the data to track project status.  You will utilize such programs as M.S. SharePoint, M.S. Teams, Oracle, M.S. Project, M.S. Excel and ETQ among other programs to provide real-time tracking of projects.  You will use coding skills to write macros or develop tools within these applications to capture the required data and then generate the required outputs in the appropriate format whether it be datacentric or visual. 

    You will be involved in porting or leveraging existing solutions that may exist in other business units in addition to developing new solutions relevant to our business.  Some examples of tracking could include key process indicator metrics (KPI) tracking, die taxonomy across the business unit, aggregating project status for global view of execution efficiency, drill-downs to get to the detail status of any given project, schedule metrics for tracking timely project execution.  You will develop the necessary documentation supporting your work via process flows, work instructions or training materials, and will train team members as needed. 

    You will have the opportunity to contribute to improving how we manage and track our product developments as we introduce new and innovative products in to the telecommunications marketplace while mentoring with the Project Management team.

    You will have the opportunity to learn or further refine your coding skills especially within the MS Teams/SharePoint application space.
