    Wolfspeed, Cree's Power and RF division, is looking to add a Manager PMO to our Morgan Hill, California location.

    What you can do for Wolfspeed:

    As a program manager lead for infrastructure products you will report into the product development organization. You will manage and oversee multiple programs from inception to productization as well as managing a team of project managers. You will develop, define, execute plans of record, including schedule, budget, resources, deliverables, and risks. You will drive the programs by tracking key milestones and managing scope, priorities and deliverables. 


    The program manager lead will interface and coordinate with cross-functional teams that include design, packaging, test, manufacturing, supplier and sub-contractor management, planning, operations and finance. Other responsibilities include risk mitigation plans, presentation of status updates to management, and promoting program vision and objective within the team. Additionally, you will promote the adoption of processes and best practices and identify process improvement opportunities and drive process improvement initiatives.

    What you need for success:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
    • 10 years’ experience in Program Management or related work experience.
    • 10 years' experience leading a team of individual contributors
    • 10 years’ experience in working with budgets, resources, and project financials.
    • Experience in semiconductor product development and productization.
    • Experience in working with external manufacturing facilities.
    • Ability to drive cross-functional teams.
    • Proficient with program management tools.
