    RF Product Design Engineer Intern

    What you need for success:

     

    Enrollment in an accredited collegiate program

    Maintains a 2.5 GPA or above

    Excellent communication skills

    Relevant Experience

    Ability to work without sponsorship now or in the future

     

    Who You’ll Work With

     

    Opportunities in this internship a result of skillsets and interest may include the following: 

    • Develop toolsets to assist in analyzing RF data for PA optimization targeted for 5G cellular base stations
    • Work with high power RF lab bench and characterize RF amplifiers based on LDMOS or GaN discrete transistors and/or MMICs
    • Use industry design tools: ADS, AWR/MWO, HFSS, FEM, 2.5D simulation tools to study and optimize RF passive components used in the RF power amplifiers
    • Use simulation tools to design an application circuit by using non-linear models, harmonic balance and planar electromagnetic and further optimize PA and validation measurements taken on RF power bench.
