    Working in a business startup environment to acquire new customers, increase the revenue growth for the organisation, and making sure all aspects of the sales orders meet requirements of the client and the company.

    Role will support the sales effort from the UK London office. Covering UK, Ireland, Nordics, Northern Europe and MEA regions.

    The role will provide administration support to 3x Sales Managers, 1x Technical Support Manager, 1 x Country Manager.

    Tasks will include:

    1. Maintaining good relationships with existing clients
    2. Making sure to understand the individual and unique needs of each customer
    3. Making calls and following up with clients to meet their needs
    4. Providing a link between the UK office and all other internal departments
    5. Working with partners to increase involvement
    6. Timely and accurate quote follow up with all customers
    7. Continual and accurate updating of Salesforce CRM in conjunction with Sales Managers
    8. Administration support for tender and technical quotes
    9. Developing relationships with potential new clients and setting up Sales Managers meetings
    10. Occasional visits with Sales Managers to customer premises
    11. Performing research on accounts to help increase interest in the organisation
    12. Offering demonstrations for products and services to potential buyers for follow up by Sales Managers
    13. Running and dissemination of monthly sales reports from Oracle for all sales regions
    14. Coordinating customer complaints and returns effectively
