    Cree is seeking Compensation Analyst to support the Total Rewards department. This person will assist the Compensation and Equity teams within the Total Rewards group.

    What can you do for Cree?

    • Support the data auditing and clean-up efforts within Oracle and provide input as to process improvements with appropriate stakeholders
    • Find ways to automate manual processes where possible and help lead continued elimination of paper-based processes
    • Assist the compensation team in setting up, testing and implementing the CWB process
    • Complete annual/quarterly compensation surveys
    • Maintain wage book and job codes following pay reviews
    • Assist in the auditing of compensation programs
    • Maintain compensation employee reports and other ad hoc comp reporting needs
    • Develop and maintain communications/job aides
    • Act as the compensation owner for all Sharepoint information
    • Assist the Stock Plan Manager in the day to day administration of our stock programs, specifically during ESPP purchases and annual grant cycles
    • Provide support to the standard equity processes (auditing, monthly grants, special grants)
    • Provide support to the compensation and equity teams during other annual activities (comp committee, wage reviews, talent reviews, etc)

     

    What you need for success:

    • 4 year degree from accredited university
    • 0-2 years of experience with an HR focus preferred
    • Detail oriented with a numbers aptitude
    • Self-starter who seeks out opportunities
    • Positive, team oriented attitude
