Manages and maintains the Engineering Change Management System. Changes documented in this system include product improvements, updates and new product development. Coordinates the interaction between engineering, manufacturing, field operations, and marketing to ensure appropriate changes are documented. Analyze current Document Control processes, develop plans for improvements and implement process changes/improvements. Mentor Doc Control Administrators. Report Doc Control Statistics and Metrics to Management. Lead team meetings. Ensure mandated Doc Control metrics are met. Provide training to system users.

Should possess advanced understanding of various types of documents in order to perform document control activities with engineering, electrical and mechanical drawings and documents.
Must be able to respond to Engineering Change Request audits.
Must have advanced understanding of Bills of Materials, Change Management and System Implementation.
Advanced proficiency with document tracking methods, distribution lists and quality control skills with various types of media
Should possess the ability to learn quickly on the job, be comfortable with new systems and training others while learning new processes and procedures.
