The Payroll Manager oversees the Payroll shared service function responsible for the production of high-quality payroll for over 4,000 employees for multiple locations in the United States, and approximately 100 international employees in various countries throughout the world. The person in this position must be a team player who is a strong leader with a commitment to improve systems and processes to ensure timely and accurate payroll outputs. The Payroll Manager is responsible for managing a team of 6 employees and external vendors to process and maintain all payroll records and reports and to ensure compliance with relevant government regulations and company policies. The Payroll Manager will interface regularly with Human Resources, IT, Corporate Tax, Stock Plan Administration, Corporate Legal counsel, as well as various external vendors. In addition, the person in this position should have a strong background in project management and process improvement to streamline and implement best practices within the payroll function.
