    This Production Worker in the LED Products Pilot Line group will help in the development of high power LED assembly processes that result in rapid time-to-market of new products.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Learn and perform tasks related to the mechanical assembly, optical and electrical testing, and characterization of LEDs.
    • Extensive time performing microscope based visual Inspection.
    • Collecting Data using dynascopes, drop gauges, bond force and color point testers and relaying results to the engineering team in a timely fashion.
    • Understand complete assembly process flow for product line.
    • Provide support to team members to investigate/resolve processing issues and suggest solutions to prevent future occurrence

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Experience working on an automated assembly line
    • High School Diploma Required
    • Candidate must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
    • Ability to conduct multiple tasks required
    • Good communication skills required, both written and oral
    • Must be able to follow detailed instructions
    • Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
    • Must be self-driven and be willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
