    Campus Recruiting Manager

     

    Cree’s Human Resource Team is looking for a Campus Recruiting Manager to develop a campus recruiting strategy and manage our efforts to attract and hire top students from University, Community College and Military campuses nationwide. In this role you will partner with business leaders to understand and forecast hiring needs before implementing an integrated approach to engage and attract campus talent.

     

    What you will do:

    • Develop innovative programs and creative strategies to attract and hire interns, new college graduates and transitioning military personnel
    • Represent Cree’s brand for the purposes of establishing relationships with select schools, students and military personnel
    • Drive business-line leader involvement in related programs and campus relationship development efforts
    • Schedule and attend campus events
    • Build a strong partnership with hiring teams and business leaders
    • Convert successful interns to full-time Cree employees and work with the Talent Management team to establish formal development programs and career paths
    • Network with external campus recruiting communities to ensure Cree is maintaining best practices
    • Provide data, metrics and reporting to support direction

     

    What you need:

    • Experience attracting, sourcing and hiring top performing undergrad, Masters and PhD students
    • Experience developing programmatic solutions to support hiring strategies
    • Experience building, leading and managing a team
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
    • High energy
    • Strong project management skills
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Ability to travel – once every other month
