    Serve as the main daily support to our Oracle HR system.  Assist managers and other HR team members (Recruiting, Total Rewards, Talent Managment) in the processing of employee transactions including:

    • Processing new hires and temporary conversions.  This requires a close working relationship with our recruiting team to understand the accurate flow of data from our Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) into Oracle. 
    • Terminations.  As the final approver of the termination workflow, this role is critical in ensuring accurate data and appropriate completion of the process to ensure timely closure of all benefits and employment related systems requirements. 
    • Employee information changes.  Work with employees on managing personal changes (address, names, etc) and following through to ensure accurate notation for other related documentation (ie I-9s, visas, employee records, etc).
    • Departmental/Assignment changes.  Work with managers and HR to update Oracle and employee records with departmental changes in a timely manner.
    • Performance management.  Enter all performance management results within Oracle and maintain employee files with the appropriate records


    Main point of contact for employee personnel records and training records


    Works with the HRIS team in developing a culture of data integrity while working on the following initiatives:


    • HR Process improvement.  Review of end to end HR process with an eye on identifying process improvement opportunities in the above day to day activities leading to more efficient and effective processes for the future and for future HR systems opportunities
    • Auditing: developing and executing a more robust
    • System Testing: participate in the routine testing of systems upgrades and changes
