    Marketing Analytics Intern

    E-conolight is looking for a Marketing Analytics intern. This role will assist in the optimization of marketing tactics by analyzing various types of data, and making recommendations based on findings. A successful candidate will be an analytical thinker with a passion for data driven marketing.

     

    Responsibilities:

     

    Build & refine dashboards for stakeholders in customer service, marketing, operations, product management & supply chain

     

    Analyze transactional data to discover cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, develop revenue forecasts, identify target audiences, make pricing recommendations and optimize marketing communications

     

    Develop, support and execute ad hoc and recurring analytic and reporting solutions to increase customer and prospect insights and better inform campaigns and initiatives

     

    Identify test opportunities, lead test design and translate A/B test data & results into actionable insights and business recommendations

     

    Support current marketing initiatives around customer acquisition & retention

     

    Track basic paid digital advertising analytics and report findings to marketing teammates with recommended actions

     

    Design web analytics reports and dashboards based on most relevant KPI’s

     

    Qualifications Requirements:

    • Pursuing a college degree in Economics, Statistics, Marketing or related field (seniors preferred)
    • Analytical thinker with natural curiosity and a desire to learn
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with management, associates and vendors
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects/deadlines
    • Works well in a team environment
    • Knowledge of statistical software (Alteryx, SAS, SPSS…) a plus
    • Knowledge of programming languages (Python, R…) a plus
    • Knowledge of SQL a plus
    • Knowledge of Tableau a plus
    • Knowledge of Google Analytics a plus
