Job Description

IT Compliance Analyst Intern


Objective: Develop and roll out an IT Controlled Document Framework.


Job Responsibilities


  • Research IT document management best practices
  • Document all IT controlled document requirements for Sarbanes-Oxley, NIST, Quality, Security and Cree Corporate
  • Create documentation templates and process flows
  • Roll out the approved IT Controlled Document Framework through internal communication and training
  • Coordinate with designated process owners to ensure documentation is updated and transferred into new templates
  • Establish continuous process improvement procedures



  • Proposed Controlled Document Management Framework
  • Final Controlled Document Management Framework
  • Documentation Templates
  • Document Management Lifecycle including training and continuous process improvement procedures

Preferred Skills and Experience


  • Strong written communication skills
  • Valuable team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Strong Microsoft Word skills
  • Firm understanding of technology and business processes
  • Desire to learn new compliance standards, processes and drive consistent documentation procedures
