Silicon Carbide Process Engineering Intern
We are looking for Silicon Carbide Process Engineering Intern to refine and improve processes in our Wafer Singulation department. The media used to singulate wafers from SiC boules is created in house. The production and allocation of the media is a manual process that requires significant testing and movement of large volumes in, and around, the factory. The Project is to develop a process for improving the generation and allocation of media across the manufacturing floor. The assignment is expected to be for the summer months (May-August).
