Human Resources Intern - Employee Engagement
We are looking for an HR Intern who will be involved in several high visibility projects that have a major impact on our global workforce. These projects aim to improve the experience for all our employees. Projects will include assisting with the implementation of our new onboarding programs, composing articles for our internal newsletter, and other talent marketing related projects.
Your main project will be assisting with and having creative input on building out our Human Resources homepage, employee portal, and manager portal as part of our new intranet deployment. Our deployment timeframe begins in early May with the goal of full version one deployment by July.
You will be responsible for coordinating with Human Resource content owners to transfer material from legacy solution into the new solution. You will report to the Employee Experience Lead who will be responsible for assigning work duties and evaluating your performance.
Projects will be assigned as needed based upon ability and passion for seeking additional experiences.
