Job Description

As part of the Nitride Epi team, the primary duties for this Probe Technician role are to maintain the accuracy and operation of the EPI Kong and Measurement process. This EPI Technician will be responsible for all equipment and process troubleshooting for a large variety of semiconductor toolsets.

 

 

Semiconductor Manufacturing Technician I-II - EPI

Department: Nitride Epi 

Shift: 12-Hour Night

 

Requirements:

  • 2 years semiconductor manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to work with little supervision.
  • MS Excel and Access knowledge.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Must have demonstrated a high level of dependability.
  • Ability to work in a clean room environment.
  • Strong mechanical or electrical aptitude.

Preferences:

  • AA or BS degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience with probers, RTA’s, Wet Benches, or Metal Evaporators a plus.
  • JMP software experience.
