Job Description

This position will maintain documentation in multiple databases including Excel, MES and other programs.

Candidate will perform administrative tasks involved in maintaining and updating the manufacturing execution systems for the factory. Specifically, documentation regarding process changes, new tools, work instructions and other changes required to maintain product work instructions. This position will involve mostly data entry and requires excellent computer skills.

This position will work on 1st shift, Monday - Friday, however some weekend and overtime work may be required.


  • Skilled at multiple computer programs and applications, ability to learn new programs quickly
  • Experience with tracking/database systems.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Excel knowledge
  • Must be able to utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain and reformat spreadsheets, apply mathematical formulas, manipulate individual cells as required to input necessary data.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organization skills
  • Able to communicate at a technical level with engineers, technicians, supervisors, managers, etc.
  • Experience in an office setting for a manufacturing environment a plus
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively transition to different tasks when priorities change
  • HS Diploma with 3-5 years of experience or Associates with 1-3 years of experience
