Customer Service Representative

Cree Canada is seeking Customer Service Representative to be This role is the face of the customer, providing support to representatives and customers Canada-wide. As an entry level position in a growing company, our small and friendly team environment is a perfect place to start your career.

This opportunity will appeal to an individual who takes pride in doing great work every day and who enjoys learning and applying technical specifications to the fulfillment of customer needs. The right candidate will have an innate ability to multi-task and prioritize, with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming calls and emails from customers with courtesy and professionalism
  • Review and enter technical sales orders
  • Manage all orders from start to finish, expediting deliveries when necessary
  • Respond to any ad hoc customer issues

What you need for success:

  • Customer service backgroun
  • Experience working in a technical or administrative position
  • Experience working within Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the business
  • Fluency in both English and French
